    Assistant Fashion Buyer

    Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for sourcing kids fashion brands domestic and/or worldwide.
    • Maintain supplier relationship.
    • Manage product pricing, supplier margins, and customer discounts.
    • Do paperwork and administration related work including supplier contracts, purchase orders, inventory management, sales tracking, etc.
    • Ensure an effective store layout & design and in the physical store as well as online product placement.
    • Involve in organizing events, such as fashion show, marketing and promotional activities, etc.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Fashion Marketing or related Fashion degree.
    • Min. 1 (one) year experience in related field.
    • Knowledge of children fashion trend and industry is a plus.
    • Must have a passion for working in the fashion industry.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Should be able to converse fluently and effectively in English.
    • Event planning skill is a must.

    Social Media Specialist


    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain daily content of Bimbi’s social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Newsletter, etc).
    • Present strategies of social media activities.
    • Liaise with all digital Ads.
    • Identify social media opportunities.
    • Conduct research and analysis of new social media trends, sites, tools, and news.
    • Partner with other online media to extend marketing.
    • Create report and comprehensive analysis from social media data.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design or equivalent.
    • Min. 1 (one) year experience in related field.
    • Good knowledge on web publishing and writing skills.
    • Knowledge in videography is a plus.
    • Must have a passion for working in the fashion industry.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Should be able to converse fluently and effectively in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

    Personal Assistant


    Responsibilities:
    • Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
    • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
    • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
    • Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
    • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager.
    • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
    • Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings.

    • Collecting customers’ and vendors’ NPWP.
    • Creating monthly & annual tax calculation report (PPh & PPN).
    Requirements:

    Requirements:
    • Computer Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent, min GPA 2.75 out of 4.00.
    • Min. 3 (three) years of experience as a IT Programmer, and/or 1 year experience as a Manager.
    • Familiar with MY SQL Server, networking, windows server, and programming.
    • Knowledge of PHP advanced, MySQL, HTML/Ajax, Jquery, CSS, JavaScript, Framework, & Joomla (ITP).
    • Understanding implementation of IT Project.
    • Understanding computer network technology and its implementation.
    • Always up-to-date to any new development in information technology.

    Visual Merchandiser / Stylist


    Responsibilities:
    • Ensures that our product is displayed according to company guidelines, promotional activity and seasonal trends.
    • Creates visually inspiring in-store and window displays which reflect and maintain our brand identity.
    • Provides excellent customer service on the sales floor, in the fitting rooms and at the cash desk.
    • Communicates and informs your store team about upcoming activities, campaigns and designer collaborations.
    • Selects the most suitable items to complement garments appropriately online and instore.
    • Continuously trains the store team in garment presentation.
    • Responsible for the ordering, handling and organisation of all display materials.
    • Maximizes selling by analysing sales reports and taking action accordingly.
