Do I have to create an account to shop at

Yes. It is more convenient to have an account as you do not have to enter your personal details for every order. You will also be automatically enrolled into our Bimbi Club program, our exclusive rewards program for customer just like you.

Am I able to change my password?

Yes. You can change your password by simply 'Login' to your account, go to "My Account Details" and select 'Change Password' on your Bimbi dashboard. 

What should I do if I forgot my password?

You can go to the 'Login' page and click on 'Forgot your password?' and it will direct you to enter your email address. We will send you a link to the Reset Password page to change your password.

What are the payment methods available at

We currently accept payment through bank transfer (ATM transfer, mobile transfer, e-banking) with BCA, BNI, Mandiri and CIMB Niaga; credit card payments (VISA and Mastercard); or cash for purchase made at the Plaza Indonesia Store only.

Is there Cash On Delivery (COD) at

No. We will ship your order after full payment has been received.

Does accept phone orders?

Do I have to send confirmation of payment?

Yes, by 'Login' into your account, click on 'My Orders' at your Bimbi Dashboard, select your current order and fill in the necessary information. 

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. Your will receive an Order Confirmation to your email, or you can simply 'Login' and click 'My Orders' to view your current and past orders. Additionally, we will give a copy of your invoice with your shipment.

How do I know which is the right size?

We have provided you with Size Guide charts as a guideline for the correct size, or you can contact our Shopping Assistant for help. Ideally, to ensure the product fits your child, it is recommended to buy 1 size up.

What if the item received does not match my order?

Please contact our Shopping Assistant or email to to arrange for an exchange.

How do I know which items are in stock?

All items displayed on are in stock, unless specified on the product details.

What are the methods of shipping available at

We currently work with logistic companies JNE and NCS for our domestic shipments, and TOLL for our international shipments. Please refer to Shipping Information page.

Where does ship to?

We currently ship within Indonesia, South-East Asia, India, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China and Australia. Please refer to Shipping Information page.

What is the shipping rate and delivery time?

Is there free shipping at

Shipping is free for a minimum purchase of IDR 1 million for Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi) area.

Does process order on Saturday, Sunday and Public/National Holidays?

We will process your order from Monday to Friday 09.00 – 18.00 WIB. When you place an order on Saturday, Sunday and Public/National Holiday, it will be processed the next working day.

Are the items purchased exchangeable or refundable?

Normal priced items are exchangeable and refundable within 7 days of receiving them. Sale or promotional items are not exchangeable or refundable. Please refer to 'Returns & Exchanges' guideline.
