    RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

     

    Return

    We try our best to provide our customers information that is accurate with maximum quality of products and services. However, if you are still not 100% satisfied with the product(s) you purchased, you can return any item to us within 7 days of receiving your original order as store credit. (Shipping cost is not refundable).

    Steps to Return

    • Email us your reason and explanation for the exchange or refund to cs@bimbi.com. 
    • Wait patiently for our reply.
    • Print the email after we have approved the exchange or return.
    • Place item(s) in original packaging from Bimbi.com.
    • Ship it back to our address with the complete packaging and our "return" confirmation email. 

    Terms and Conditions

    • Any item returned to us must be in the same condition you received including the complete packaging and must not be damaged, soiled or altered
    • All unaccepted returns will be sent back to the customer.
    • All shipping cost incurred in the return process is borne by the customer.
    • Additional processing fee may apply.
    • The customer is fully responsible for the item during the return process until it reaches back to our warehouse.
    • Items received not in original conditions may not be processed.

     

    Our Policy

    Return or Exchange is not valid for sale items or any purchase using promotional materials (vouchers and promotion code). All items returned should be accompanied with our "return or exchange" confirmation email. Please note that items returned without their box or in a damaged box may not be accepted.


    Exchange

    Exchange is subject to availability. It will only be processed once we have received the returned item/s and any additional payment which might be required.

    Store Credit

    Refund will be processed and returned as Store Credit or voucher. Money will not be returned.

    Important Tips for Successful Returns:

    • Ensure that you have printed the confirmation email.
    • Do not remove the original tags.
    • Item must be in the same condition as you received.
    • Try shoes on a carpeted or soft surface.
    • Use a reliable delivery services.
    • Use wrapping material to protect the item during delivery.
